Hi, Thank you for your feedback. Please note many of the courses we provide have minimum guided learning hours to ensure enough criteria is covered. In addition, as our courses are accredited by awarding bodies it is essential to meet the required hours and complete the assessment, in order to earn certification from your course. We appreciate your feedback and I will pass it over to the training manager in order to seek for ways to improve our courses, whilst following the course guidelines. I hope I have been able to help. “It was ok - not great and actually quite disappointing. I felt that going through the course book by myself would have been more successful and a better use of my time than doing this 3 day course”

Thank you for leaving feedback. Sorry to hear you found the course quite disappointing, we run hundreds of Managing Safely courses every year and we try to make every course applicable and useful to all delegates that attend. If it's ok with you I'm going to ask my colleague to follow up and get some specifics so we can make some improvements for future courses.
