“It was ok - not great and actually quite disappointing. I felt that going through the course book by myself would have been more successful and a better use of my time than doing this 3 day course”

Thank you for leaving feedback. Sorry to hear you found the course quite disappointing, we run hundreds of Managing Safely courses every year and we try to make every course applicable and useful to all delegates that attend. If it's ok with you I'm going to ask my colleague to follow up and get some specifics so we can make some improvements for future courses.
