“The day's programme was conducted excellently. Highly informative in a relaxed manner with plenty of opportunity for the attendees to ask questions and discuss matters. Very worthwhile with much to reflect on and to bear in mind when undertaking practical work. Thanks again.”

“Thought the trainer delivered the course in a concise and knowledgeable manner. Friendly, supportive and approachable. Supportive material easy to navigate through. Good group size of 8. Venue easy to access and park. Heating was broken so a little cold (day 1 only). Food was satisfactory. Beverages availability good although machine splutters hot liquid when self-cleaning?.”

Here at PSS, it is of high importance for our trainer's to ensure every delegate gains an insightful and highly knowledgable course experience. We apologise for the broken heater, as soon as we were made aware of this, the venue manager was informed and arranged for repair immediately. We have also informed the venue manager for an improved food menu. However, I will chase this up to ensure improved lunches are provided for future courses. I apologise for the beverage machine being damaged, I will also ensure this is passed on to the venue manager. Thank you very much for informing us of this matter. We value our delegates feedback and always seek to continually improve our course experiences where possible. I hope I have been able to help.
