“The course was excellent as was the tutor Martin. The Holiday Inn venue was very good with excellent food. The Grandstand venue, despite having an excellent view, was disappointing - cold room, little choice of food, no variety of coffee types, no biscuits.”

Hi Steve, Many thanks for your feedback. We're pleased you enjoyed our trainer Martin and your time studying your course with us. Our trainer's go the extra mile to ensure an educational and insightful experience is achieved every time. In addition, we apologise for the venue changing on day three of your course and our facilities not being of high quality. We had made our booking with Holiday Inn in advance however the company had made an error and booked a room unfit for an educational purpose, leaving us with no option but to relocate the training room at the very last minute. We used the Queen's stand at Epsom due to it being within close distance to the existing training room. However, we share your frustration and will be looking into this matter in order to avoid it occurring again. I hope I have been able to help. Kind regards, PSS - Marketing Team

Our trainers always go the extra mile to ensure delegates gain a valuable learning experience. For many of our courses we provide lunch for delegates, however the menu is available on the day of the course. This is due to potential changes which may occur to the menu prior to the course. However, I will pass your feedback over to the customer service team, who can look into providing a menu available at all times for delegates, during the booking of a course.
