“brilliant next day delivery. after almost 2 weeks, it's definitely killed the mares tail above ground. they're dried up brown and dead. i've still to rip up the anti weed matting and see the roots. but from what i've been able to see, i'm not convinced it's killed the root system. still looks fairly healthy under there to my untrained eye. i'll probably end up doing my garden project anyway (fake grass with soil borders) and if it comes back i'll treat it and hopefully kill it off over time”

“Only product I know that has worked on horsetail. However I only have a small allotment and small amount of horsetail I want to get rid of. Product says £28 but by time transport and vat added it comes out nearly £45, therefore only 4 star. Why not be straight and quote £45 delivered from start? Can you sell it in smaller quantities?”

“Purchased Curtail weed solution to control mares tail which is difficulty to eradicate. First applied solution about 10 days ago and have seen that mares tail have turned brown and wilted. Too early yet to say that weed has completely gone but hopefully so.”

“That particular item is very effective on brambles with spot spaying, provided it’s used during healthy growth and dry season. Certainly cheaper than previous purchases”

“Have a problem with marestail on my land. Kurtail certainly works but more keep coming through I’ve done four passes of the same area in 3 months. Think this may take a lot of time and effort but I hate the stuff and will continue”

“I used this to clean my rough cast on my house as it was covered in a red mould. Although it may be a bit early to comment in full it looks as if it had been at least partially successful. At first it changed to a green colour but is now a fading grey. As this has only been applied for 4 weeks it must still be working and would ask you to come back to me in another month when I will be able to say more on the product. Very satisfactory so far. “Progreen does work short term to get rid of Horsetail/Marestail. But it will grow back again. Probably need to dig out the whole area but I think it's coming in from another garden too?”

“I have been using your product for over two weeks now. I have been treating the mares tails before they get too big. Within 24 hours they start to droop and turn brown and generally one application is enough. I am however, constantly finding new shoots cropping up all over the place, which I then treat. I am not sure if the chemical acts systemically and will eventually kill off the root system. In the meantime I try to keep on top of the problem.”

“Used on very large and ancient box hedge and hoping that this season will be clear of the dreadful box moth and caterpillars without resorting to highly toxic chemicals! So far after two applications there is no sign of infestation and no harm to bees or other pollinators!”
