“Very quick delivery on orders but please advise that VAT is applied to delivery costs and amount. You do this on goods so why not on postage!!!!!”

“Ordered MossOff for hard surfaces but the lawn version was delivered in error. This was put right by a very helpful young lady and the correct version arrived less than 24 hours after the initial delivery. Progreen are always very helpful and knowledgeable in my experience. This was the first error I have known and was put right very quickly. Normally I would rate Progreen as a 5* company but this time 4*. Every other order has been a 5* experience. If you need the products they offer and most of us do, use this company!”

“My allotment when i first took it on was full of the dreaded horsetail weed so had to spray the entire site,after about 4 seasons i have finally managed to get the amount of spraying down to just using a 500ml spray bottle and just spray any horsetail that comes up so i can recommend using kurtail weedkiller”

“This was my first purchase from this company, so I was rather concerned, after placing my order, that (a) I didn't receive a confirmation email or any other communication from them. Was it being processed, when would it arrive? etc. This concern was added to because a message from SagePay, who took the money, stated that that organisation took no responsibility for Progreen. "If there's a problem, don't come here, go there", effectively. My purchase was in fact delivered very quickly, sooner than was indicated when I placed the order. My telephone query was answered promptly and pleasantly, and dealt with quickly: "Yes, order received, it'll be with you tomorrow". I then received the email confirmation within 5 minutes, giving me confidence in the company. But I did have to ring up myself to get this faith! Hence the 3 stars. If the product works (kills slugs and snails, not birds and humans, economically) I'll be very pleased. Time will tell.”
