“The order was correct and delivered on time. The spray pack works well after it was assembled - one minor criticism was that the assembly instructions were a little bit unclear and the illustrations were very small and difficult to see for me. I have applied the weed control solution but it is too soon to see what the effect has been.”

“The technical support people were very helpful and informed. In fact all the staff were very helpful. I have used the product and hope it works but it's a slow process to know if you have killed cypress aphids”

“The ordering process thru' to delivery was fine. The only issue I have is the cost of delivery,almost £10 for what is only a small parcel,it seems excessive to me.”

“I can only comment on the delivery as the weed control has not had enough time to comment on. The delivery was first class,I had a question for your office ,the phone was answered quickly and an answer given by someone who knew your product line. Thank you”

“Had to delay the delivery, I was contacted by Progreen to make sure that everything was OK, they were tracking the delivery and could see the delivery was returned to the ups depot. This is a very proactive and customer focused, delivey came on the rescheduled date.”
