“Easy ordering, prompt delivery, what more do you need?”

“I am pleased with the product ( I have used it before) and the delivery timing was good. However I did have issues with the actual delivery. The product was delivered to a farm half a mile down the road. The delivery driver allowed for it to be signed for there by people I do not know. The only reason I found where it was is a neighbour recognised the name on the delivery confirmation e mail I received. Considering I paid a delivery charge yet then had to go and collect the product I think is poor.”

“Found the material I was looking for easily on the well structured web site (slow release lawn fertiliser). Price was very competitive and received item within 48hrs. What more could you ask for ? Well, dosage instructions marked on packaging or paper insert would have been useful. Will certainly use Progreen again.”

“A good sounding albeit expensive product which would benefit from clearer and more explicit instructions, particularly dilution rates. Gardeners who use the product as a spot weeder to kill off small areas of mare's tail would like to see better directions re usage.”

“I am not sure about a happiness rating as spraying herbicide by hand doesn't measure up to a quiet drink in the Local. However it all did what it said on the tin in a most effective manner. thank you for the really prompt and efficient service it was greatly appreciated and enable me to get on with the jobs nearly immediately. I see from your website you distribute very small weed wipers: is there any chance you manufacture much wider ones whereby mares tail and bracken can be controlled without necessary spraying?”

Thank you for your query ref: weedwipers. We supply two types of microwipe and we can also source a double-headed weedwiper. Unfortunately we have not tested Kurtail Gold through this equipment so cannot vouch for its effectiveness as spraying remains the most effective method of controlling horsetail – a really tricky, invasive weed. For larger scale areas there are some UK manufacturers of wipes that can be towed behind a quad bike….
