“I have no problem with Protiler as their service was excellent . My problem is with the courier . They wouldnāt put the delivery on my drive as it was a gravel drive . ( every delivery I have had is put on the drive with no problem) I. Informed with the courier thatās what I wanted ā¦. I was 10mins away and stated Iād come back . The courier stated he would try and put it in the driveā¦ this was a lie as I watched him on my camera and heard him putting the grass verge outside my property . Without even attempting touting the drive . He also stated to protiler I had said this was ok if he couldnt get it on the drive after attempting it . Twice he lied . Couriers need to be aware that they are watched and listened to on cameras when delivering materials .”
