“Great prices, very competitive, ordered jn advance as I needed to plan ahead for delivery on a specific date in week, Product Tiler sorted and arrived as scheduled.
The delivery was charged even though the order was above free delivery value, I was told that as this is pallet delivery it would be charged i found this a little bit disappointing as it is not clear on the website.
I had some damages, these were reported same day and replacement sent within a couple of days, very happy with the service”

I have since been contacted by the company who have apologised and made a gesture to resolve the problems. The original issue was more caused by the useless DPD delivery.
I paid for urgent next day delivery. The delivery said I wasn’t in yet I was. I have no problem with any others. I rang the company as soon as delivery failed, who didn’t answer the phone, left a message which I never heard back. I had to cancel my tiler which has put back the job two weeks! It’s a full house renovation which I can’t move in until the job has been done, it’s pushed back other trades work too. Not impressed obviously and neither are my tradesman.”
