“This is the second time I have used PF. Simon has always been very professional in accessing products which meet or exceed expectations within some pretty unusual circumstances and feedback and communication is mostly prompt. Harry has been brilliant throughout the process having taken over while Simon was on leave and was excellent at responding, chasing and supporting me throughout. He should be moved off his "trainee" status ASAP and is a credit to the organisation. Customer service is a rare commodity these days but in financial relationships it is critical and Harry understand this. Many thanks for all your assistance and support. AvG”

“I dealt with mainly Anuj who was excellent. I was a first time buyer and didn't really know what I was doing and Anuj was always happy to explain things to me. He always got back to me straight away and pushed things through quickly for me. He gave excellent customer service and I would highly recommend.”

“As expatriates it is difficult to know how to approach the mortgage market in the UK. We looked at a lot of options but none were very helpful. With Anuj and his team it was different. Anuj was clear what Private Finance could do from day one. Communication was excellent despite wherever in Africa I was traveling and everything was done to get the deal over the line. The team were available at almost any time on phone or mail and approachable without being pushy. Despite a long process, the team helped us to succeed to get the mortgage for our house. In short, we would use Anuj and his team again and recommend them to others.”

“Very impressed with the service provided. Dealing with Anuj Chulani through the whole process was a breeze. Communications were fast and responsive, we felt like he listened and understood our situation well right from the get go and offered the best solutions for our scenario. “Excellent service. Recommended to everyone. Appreciate you pay for what you get and there are free FA for mortgages. But these people have a route into mortgages you cannot get on the high street.
