“As first time buyers we had no idea how the mortgage application process worked. Chris Sykes was fantastic throughout the whole process. At the beginning Chris was excellent at advising us and answering the many questions we had. He got us a fantastic mortgage offer which enabled us to purchase our dream first home. His communication from start to finish was second to none and we certainly wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him as a mortgage broker. The whole process was so efficient and stress free and we we will not hesitate to use private finance again in the future if we move.”

He was incredibly efficient with getting our mortgage offer enabling us to have an offer accepted on our dream house in a very short time period. His communication was second to none throughout the whole process and it is for this reason we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Chris as a mortgage advisor . “The service from James in particular was excellent. We found it difficult obtaining a mortgage through high street lenders as my wife had a 12 month old business. James was able to find us a lender within days and we had our mortgage within a couple of weeks after. No hidden fees and a very straight forward process. We couldn't be happier with the service and recommend privatefinance.co.uk to anyone.”

“Michael Mears has been excellent from start to finish with regards to my remortgage. He was able to get me what other companies said were not possible. I had weekly updates and nothing was too much trouble. I'm on an excellent rate and my Monthly payments have come down a lot!! Private Finance I highly recommend.”
