“I had a professional, cordial initial consultation with a broker who came prepared and knew his stuff inside out. This was followed by a diligent service - they help prepare the paperwork and keep you informed of progress. I was impressed enough to come back to them for advice when my fixed rate period was expiring. On bigger loans, the amount they can save you - even over a 2 year fix - is easily worth the fee.”

“I found both James & Halcyon prompt and speedy with their actions. This was my first application as a Director of a Limited Company(not salaried) and James helped overcome potential hurdles with his knowledge and persistance in finding me an appropriate lender. Communication was good by phone and email although I found the portal unecessary. James responded to me during 2 holidays he had during my application process, making me feel a valued customer although my mortgage amount was relatively small.”

“As first time buyers we had no idea how the mortgage application process worked. Chris Sykes was fantastic throughout the whole process. At the beginning Chris was excellent at advising us and answering the many questions we had. He got us a fantastic mortgage offer which enabled us to purchase our dream first home. His communication from start to finish was second to none and we certainly wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him as a mortgage broker. The whole process was so efficient and stress free and we we will not hesitate to use private finance again in the future if we move.”
