“Tim Nye was absolutely amazing:without him securing us finance and his determined persistence to bring it all to a conclusion in very challenging circumstances and within tight time frames, our lives would be so different.He is an absolute professional, explaining each step of the process with clear indications of the cost implications.We would highly recommend him and the company and feel that there is no real equal.We have had other financial advisors in the past but he is in another league.”

“Huge thanks to Donovan and Maniksha for recently renewing our mortgage with ease and no fees, despite our non standard situation. My husband and I are arts & media professionals. When we first tried to get a mortgage together five years ago it was impossible to get one by going to a mortgage company direct. It was also impossible to get one with other brokers we tried - even though we’d both separately owned flats with mortgages before. And it wasn’t because we didn’t have the money! It’s all because we work in a mixture of ways at different times - freelance, self employed or as an employee which doesn’t fit with standard mortgage forms or computer systems. This was complicated for everyone - apart from Private Finance! They are specialists in finding good mortgages for self-employed people. They are also friendly and nice. And have relationships with mortgage lenders such that - in our experience, there are either no fees we need to pay to Private Finance or they are fairly low. We will always renew our mortgage with Private Finance. And it’s not too dramatic to say without them we wouldn’t have our own house.”

“The tailored advice I received from Shaun Church for the remortgage of my main UK home to fund the purchase of a holiday home in Spain was excellent despite some hiccups on the way due to the current marker conditions which were in turmoil too ay the least! We eventually secured a mortgage offer that met my requirements which I am grateful for.”

“We cannot speak too highly of the efforts put in & the patience & skills shown by all the staff of the Shrewsbury Office. Not only were the 2 Mortgages they negotiated for our son & ourselves difficult there were problems along the way but through a 3 month period all our problems were solved by a first class team effort.We are immensely grateful & would recommend their services to anyone: it was money well spent.”

“I have been using Private Finance for 5 years now to arrange a several mortgages, some complex. My mid-level income versus high fixed assets meant it was impossible for me to get a mortgage (any mortgage!) with the normal terms of 3 to 4 times income. Tim has managed the impossible time and time again, and I have found both Tim and Maniksha go above and beyond their duties and roles as brokers to bend over backwards and help make the impossible possible. I have zero doubt Private Finance are the best in the business and if Private Finance cannot get you a mortgage, you are ‘unmortgageable’!! I will be using Private Finance for good, there is no other broker I would go to. Difficult to express in a written review how grateful I am to their second to none service and making the impossible both possible and like it’s no big deal for them! The best there is, bar none. 100 stars!!!”

“I have been using Private Finance for quite some time now and I am extremely happy with their service. They always take the time to deal with my questions regarding BTL mortgages and come back with viable options to enable me to achieve my financial investment goals. PF service is very slick, quick and does what it says on the tin. I would always return to them for my future mortgage / remortgage requirements and have no hesitation in recommending them to colleagues, family and friends no matter how simple or complex their needs are.”

“I used Private Finance to arrange a complex mortgage because I didn't want to sell my existing property until I moved into the new one. My income did not stack up with the first couple of brokers I approached to support the two mortgages but Michael managed to find a lender that looked at the bigger picture. Since then Michael has successfully obtained a mortgage for my son, has re mortgaged my house and is in the process of arranging a first mortgage for my daughter. He knows who to speak to for every scenario. I would say if Private Finance cannot arrange a mortgage for you, you probably cant get one! Highly recommended.”
