“I have used Private Finance Ltd multiple times. I was referred through a friend and since then they have dealt with all of my financing. “We used Private Finance back in 2014 to sort out our first complicated mortgage for a former farm and they were our first port of call when it came to tackling an even bigger challenge in 2019. We wanted to split the existing single title and secure two separate mortgages for the two farm properties, including a new holiday let mortgage for the farmhouse. With two self-employed applicants and no evidence of holiday let income yet this was a real task. Michael Mears at Private Finance worked with us to assess the best options and put our case forward. Even with some knock-backs and challenges, Michael never ever gave up - always offering solutions. He was calm under pressure and gave such good advice. It is thanks to his commitment, tenacity and dogged determination that we were able to complete and secure the mortgages. When we felt like giving up, Michael never gave up on us. I can't thank him enough. It's not just a mortgage he sorted for us. It is a whole new future he has secured for us including the opportunity to develop a new holiday let business in Cornwall, the area we love. Thanks SO MUCH Michael. We can't recommend Michael and Private Finance enough!!”

“This was our first home buying experience. We have always heard that it is a stressful and troubled experience but we had a pleasant surprise and the whole home buying process went smoothly. Our thanks goes to the Private Finance team for taking the time to help us buy our new home! I wish to recommend especially Nathan Cole, his priority was always to find the right deal for us, he was extremely professional throughout. Always keeping us informed and ensuring communication to ensure a smooth process. He was highly diligent and extremely helpful in all aspects. Mark, Stacey, Ryan (apologies if I’m forgetting anyone), all gave a fantastic service and I can't recommend them enough.”
