Very disappointed by the length of time for delivery and that it was necessary to make phone calls to discover the problem.

Had to pay £11.00 for next day delivery that didn’t show up next day plus the print on the mugs as patchy and faded ! Wouldn’t order again from there

At this point I can not give a review as the item still has not arrived. The estimated delivery was for 16/10/20, I had an email over a week ago to say that it’s has been dispatched and I have been in contact with the firm who said it “should” be with me this week. Let’s hope so, £21.99 for a roll of wrapping paper ain’t cheap and as it is for a 50th birthday I won’t be able to use it for anything else! I must admit a little disappointed with the time to deliver. I will review again once, if it indeed does, arrive

Good material print was amazing but carnt wear it it's way to small I'm gutted 😩 and it wasnt cheap

Ordered the custom wrapping paper on 7/10, order was dispatched on 9/10, still haven’t received my order and the date is now 16/10. Estimated delivery was 12th-14th. Not great on postage.

Pretty rubbish they warn of some white bits on the picture, was pretty awful, photo is way to dark, wish they had warned me, i could have done another! Wasted £16

The photo wrapping paper was great ( when it finally arrived) but it came rolled up with an elastic band tied very tightly - this scrunched up the wrapping paper. The tube was bent and I couldNt get the paper back inside To store it until the birthday id bought it for. The person I rang to speak to about it was less than helpful and no apology was forthcoming. I was asked to send a picture of it in by email. I will do that when I get time. Paper good. Service not

The delivery company Prinster uses, Hermes, provides a less than satisfactory service. They don't deliver when they say they will and the only way to contact them is via a £1.50 per minute phone call. My goods arrived too late a s a result so I wrote to Printster to request a refund but never received a reply. As a result, I would not use Printster again or at least until they change their delivery company.

Customer service reply quickly which is the only good thing. Ordered personalised wrapping paper the estimated arrival was 3-4th of june which was great as needed it for the 6the. It's now the 9th still hasnt arrived and unfortunately when it does arrive will be wasted as the event has well passed.

I placed an order for two different personalised wrapping papers. It stated on the pre-order and confirmed order what the date of delivery would be (timescale) and it fell within time I required. 3 days on (and 8 days from the date of my order), I am still waiting. Now one of the wrapping papers is too late for the intended present/recipient. Shipment tracker is still showing that it hasn't even reached my local depot yet. I appreciate we are in challenging times with Covid 19, but then Prinster should have allowed for any delays in their estimated delivery times to avoid disappointment.
