“Printster I have found are the best for the photos on the mugs staying as clear as when first printed despite going through our dishwasher lots of times. Other company mugs photos start to peel/fade very quickly”

I have taken a look at the order from the number provided and it advises the Standard method was chosen, this is Tracked 48 which can take 2-4 working days to arrive and it did arrive within this timeframe.
