“Ordered some face masks for my brothers stag on the 14th July. Now the 27th July and no sight of them. They blame Royal Mail for losing them. I have an Ecom business sending 40,000 letters and parcels with Royal Mail each year. They don’t seem to lose any of mine..! I asked for a refund as we leave today, charlotte said no because of their 10 working day policy about deliveries. I am no longer in need of these item. The least they could do after letting me down is to refund me. Poor service. Poor way to treat customers. Do better guys!”

“HI ... I only received part of my order today ... personalised flip flops ... the personalisation was fab but the flipflops smell like rubber/petrol ... I don't think I can actually give them as a gift they smell so toxic I'm still waiting on the TShirt”

Hi Karen, Thank you for your feedback and sorry the order is not as expected. As advised, the t-shirts come from a separate facility and can take up to 10 working days to arrive, I can confirm this has been dispatched and will be with you in due course. In regards to the Flip Flops, are you able to send us an email with the information and images please? I can then refer this to production for you. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.
