“If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. I sent in high-quality photos of my son to be printed on coasters, and what I received was nothing short of unacceptable, all 8 coasters came back with a horrible yellow tint that completely ruined the images. What makes this even more infuriating is the complete lack of accountability from this company. No solution offered, no explanation, no effort to make it right, just a dismissive email from someone named Ibby stating: “We are unable to offer a reprint or refund for your coasters.” That’s it. No apology. No customer service. Just a flat-out refusal to help. This was supposed to be a meaningful, personalised gift, and instead I’m left with a set of coasters I wouldn’t even use as scrap. Absolutely disgraceful experience.”
