“Online ordering experience was excellent and order turned up within a few days by Royal Mail. Only downside was that the delivery was missing one of the items. On reporting this to the company by email they responded immediately and despatched the missing item the same day which turned up again in a few days so can't fault their after sales service should something go wrong in the delivery process.”

“The international delivery information on the site is misleading. It promised arrival within a specific week, but the item still hasn’t arrived. Although you clarified after the purchase via email that international deliveries would take longer, that information came too late. The item will no longer be useful when it arrives. Given the delay and inconvenience, I believe a full refund is fair and kindly request that it be processed.”

“Ordered a custom mug which itself looks nice and as expected so far, but shipping to EU was a mess and I missed the event. Paid EUR6 for the mug, then opted for the more expensive express shipping for 10EUR which it said would arrive in I think 3-5 days. It took 5 days before Printster even dispatched the package. Then it got stuck at customs who charged 8EUR processing fee and overestimated the value of the package as there was no declaration or pre payment as with other UK orders I’ve done. Ultimately paid almost EUR40 for a EUR6 mug that didn’t arrive in time anyway. Don’t say it’s express shipping if you can’t meet that promise.”
