“Very disappointed with this company. I received the wrong order & was unable to get a replacement even though I paid a higher price for the product I wanted than the one that was sent. Will not be ordering from them again. Very unsatisfied customer.”

As advised when there is an issue with the items we require photographs of the items so we can refer the matter to production. “The mug was just as I wanted and the delivery was super fast. There were complications about delivery that were nothing to do with Printster and they arranged a new item very quickly. Very good customer service.”
