“I ordered a photo upload t-shirt for my brother who lives abroad, I haven’t seen the finished product, so can’t give 5 stars, but he seems chuffed with it, the order process was easy and international delivery was quick, which isn’t a given where he stays, overall I’m impressed with the service from printster, but can’t guarantee it didn’t shrink in the wash, not a whole lot of help I know, sorry.”

“Terribly late delivery - I paid for the fastest express delivery and 4 days after the estimated delivery date, the delivery has still not arrived. I emailed to ask for a refund and was told that they would not give me a refund. The event I needed the product for is now over. Terrible customer service.”

“First time user got some coasters they are lovely and very practical- I didn’t order a coaster holder - wasn’t sure how many coasters they took. Asked the question got a prompt response unfortunately I had ordered two many coasters. It would be nice if they did bigger coaster holders. Really happy with the service thank you”
