“The mug was exactly what I'd asked for.”

“Ordered a custom mug which itself looks nice and as expected so far, but shipping to EU was a mess and I missed the event. Paid EUR6 for the mug, then opted for the more expensive express shipping for 10EUR which it said would arrive in I think 3-5 days. It took 5 days before Printster even dispatched the package. Then it got stuck at customs who charged 8EUR processing fee and overestimated the value of the package as there was no declaration or pre payment as with other UK orders I’ve done. Ultimately paid almost EUR40 for a EUR6 mug that didn’t arrive in time anyway. Don’t say it’s express shipping if you can’t meet that promise.”

Just to clarify, your order was placed on 24th June after our 2pm same-day dispatch cut-off, so it was sent out the following day, 25th June.
