“Am very pleased with T-shirt printed as requested, only one reason not to give 5 stars, I tried to contact Prinster both by phone and by email at given number and then at email address but my email was returned marked unable to deliver to this address. I simply had a query about laundering instructions”

“We ordered customised mugs special for an event and booked for express delivery in 2 days time, to arrive in time for our event. But we didn’t receive parcel in 2 days time but it arrived on the 5th day, when our event was over. Also few mugs came chipped. Not best experience.”

“After ordering a mug for my Grandson as he was going up to high school. It arrived very quickly as l had payed for early delivery as it was needed promptly. I was so disappointed when l opened it.The front was perfect, however due to your software not allowing a blank back l informed you by writing in the rear box on the web and expected you to delete it. As you can see by the photo you didn’t. Having contacted you your response has been poor and negative, saying we should have contacted you beforehand by email. Q. How are we supposed to know that, as there is nothing on your website stating this?”

“Excellent service, highly recommended! Perfect for a unique, last-minute gift! Despite delivery by return, quality isn't compromised. The photo quality - with added caption bonus option! - is marvellous and to top it off, the coaster is a wonderful addition.
