“I would not recommend as you can see the picture or writing before you put the hot water in I have purchased before from other companies, and this was never an issue”

“Ordered a mug a couple of weeks ago great price and quick delivery unfortunately it arrived broken though. One email with a couple of photos included super fast reply and a new mug foc posted the same day this one arrived perfect. Great products and superb customer service”

“Slow, no customer service when you contact them, mug was fine but nothing special, gift box they charge you for is actually the shipping box so no way to use as a gift box. Wouldn't use again”
