“I ordered a mug for my friend as a christmas gift and I was scared it wont arrive in time or will be different than what I was expected,but it did arrive in time and was just as I imagined. I am absolutelly satisfied with the result.”

“Everything was perfect, the item itself was amazing, very good quality, very well packaged, so nothing was damaged in transit I thought it would take ages to arrive as it was personalised but it arrived very quickly, it was for a gift but I loved it that much I'm going to buy myself one and a few extra for gifts, the coaster I had engraved to go with the cup is fantastic too”
