“I was confused during the ordering process and bought one mug with photo whereas I wanted what was in the photo to be converted to type ( I would hav appreciated a call as my order for the other two items was different and spot on) so I had to re-order a replacement for the incorrect item which was vital to the trio which was a joke present. I’ll be more careful if I use you in future- product good”
