“I ordered a photo-mug late on a Saturday evening but requested cancellation the same evening when I realised the photo would be smaller than I wanted. I didn't get a response until 1.30 on the Monday afternoon, when I was informed that my e-mail had not been read in time to stop the mug from going into production. I thought this was poor customer service and won't use the company again, but the photo-mug was well made so in fairness I've given three stars.”

“Original mug arrived damaged, but was replaced immediately and very quickly. The mug is of good quality and is very colourful. I'm very happy with the service I've received from Printster”

“We lost our beloved dog Rudy on New Year’s Day so decided to order three keyrings with a pic of him In for me my wife and daughter I uploaded the pic on prinster and within 3/4 days the keyrings were here very easy to do very quick turnaround thank you prinster”

“I love Printster and the wrapping paper they produce! It's always a delight to see friends and family's reaction when they see photo's of themselves and their names printed on wrapping paper! I feel absolutely wonderful to have thought of spending a little extra to get such a happy response and that look of surprise from them. Thank you, Printster, for many happy hours of video replaying of my giving friends and family that extra special surprise. I will always use you for that special occasions!”

“The service was quick but the t-shirt print quality was awful, although the shirt itself felt heavy. I gave them 3 starts as they immediately refunded once they received my photo of the item with my complaint”
