“Really happy with quality and service”

“Quite disappointed, First time I’ve used this Company and have been let down. I placed my order on a Friday for a colleague who was leaving the company and on Tuesday i called to check the status of my order. I was told that the order was shipped and a tracking number was given to me. Turns out that after my call they shipped the order just then ! I verified this with royal mail. I would advise to use an alternative company. Don’t let this be your disappointment”

Hello, Thank you for your feedback and sorry you are disappointed with your order. I can confirm when you called the order was dispatched and this was not done after you called, this was a coincidence. The order was not missed or over looked at any stage during the process. I can see the order was placed on 7th July and the tracking advises delivery is due to take place today - this is in line with the chosen shipment method of Tracked 48 which is a 2-4 working day delivery. Estimated dates for delivery are provided at checkout but we do not guarantee delivery dates as this is not provided by the courier. We are sad to see the 1 star review when unhappiness was not made clear at the time of the phone call. “I placed a last minute order for some masks of my nieces face for her 18th birthday. I paid extra for faster delivery but wasn’t holding out too much hope that they would arrive in time as other companies have failed to do fast delivery despite paying for it. They turned up less than 48 hours later. They were perfect and a hit at the party.”

“Unfortinately, the picture hasn’t been put straight on the cup. Also, it has a scratch on the surface of the picture. I’m very disappointed as I won’t be able to gift it. It doesn’t look great at all. I can only give one star for a quick delivery.”

“They emailed me with the picture asking me if that was what I wanted printed on the jumper and I said it was just the writing in the picture I wanted putting on not a picture of my picture just printed straight onto the jumper and then they put writing underneath that I asked them not to put on there”

Hi Teresa, Thank you for your feedback and sorry the item did not arrive as expected. I have had a look into this and can see we got in touch to confirm the personalisation. We did check to see if the photo uploaded was what you wanted on the hoodie as we do not offer a custom design service for website orders. It was confirmed that a photo of a hoodie was to be printed on the hoodie. We are sorry the caption was included, we aren't able to edit or amend personalisation once placed but can see you did request to have this removed. “I paid for same day delivery which at most I should have gotten it the next day, right. But, got my order almost 5 days after! Wondering if I had paid for standard delivery, probably would have gotten it 1 month after!”

Hi Jumoke I'm sorry to hear your order took longer than expected to arrive. I'm afraid we do not offer same day delivery - our fastest method is Express which is estimated as the following working day. In your case, I can see your order was placed on a Monday and delivered on Wednesday, 2 days later. I am sorry that this took an extra day to arrive, but hope that the gift still went down well. “The mug & coaster with photos on them arrived promptly. The quality of the photos printed on both was of good quality & everyone who saw the items were impressed. I was concerned about some of the negative reviews after I had sent off my order but I'm glad I hadn't read them otherwise I would have bought elsewhere & that would have been a shame. Would order again on result of my experience with the company & quality of goods”
