“I bought a customised tshirt for Father’s Day with Spanish phrases and even the accents were done correctly. However, it took 2 weeks for a normal delivery but the t shirt is lovely and well printed. The quality of the shirt is great too. I’ll buy again!!”

“My purchase didn’t arrive on time even though I paid a premium for it to be delivered on the Friday, if I had known that I would have shopped elsewhere. Maybe you should consider a courier that delivers after 5pm”

Hi Caroline I'm sorry your order took longer than expected to arrive. I can see it left us the day after the order was placed, but that it took an extra day to reach you. The vast majority of Royal Mail 24 deliveries are delivered the next working day, so I do apologise that yours was in the minority. I hope you were still able to give the item as intended. Best, Rob
