“it took a while for them to arrive, and when they did my printer didnt recognise two of them.? Fortunitely when I put back the two that had just come out ,it worked. So,i will just have to make the effort to buy them locally in future.”

“I wrote to you a week ago to say that the ink which you sent is not compatible with my Canon Printer MG3600, which I have returned to the address on the packaging. I posted it on 24th August requesting either the correct ink or a refund. Have not had any response, but to be fair there was a postage strike. I look forward to hearing from you. Margaret McKay”

“Please don't use Royal Mail for delivery. They didn't deliver to a neighbour, took back to sorting office. I went there (around 5 miles each way), shut due to strike. Went back today, shut at 12 midday. Still not got it. Need to go again tomorrow. All because they could be bothered to drop with a neighbour. Amazon always drop at my back door. Please use a different delivery company!”

“Inks I cannot fault, work perfectly and show as genuine Epson inks once in my printer. The one issue I do have, is it took them 10 days to post them out when they claim 1 to 3 days delivery. I emailed them 3 times in that 10 days and got no response. Shame”

“i Purchased toner and drum for printer and they arrived quickly but drum was wrong there is no telephone number to contact and i sent 3 emails but one week gone no reply yet no my printer dont work because i dont have right drum unit. so i would request please provide me your telephone number so i can contact , send replacement. or reply to emails”
