“Great ink cheap as well. 1 to 2 day delivery NO can I blame post office no they just never dispatched it very quickly. So as long as your not in a hurry fine, I had to order some more ink from a competitor of theirs, that came before theirs.”

“The cartridges are okay, although I couldn't install the black one which came out of the multipack, so I had to open the LC3217 and install that instead. I am afraid I won't be able to use the other black one. The delivery took longer than expected. I received the items 6 days after the order.”

“Prompt service. First time I’ve used a non-branded drum. Previously used toners with no problem. Despite clear instructions although they didn’t apply to my printer, in the end I managed a ‘forced’ recognition of the drum in a Brother printer. Once in use, the drum produces a thick black line down the left of each printed page. It’s not an issue for me, all of my printing is for internal use, but not good for documents leaving the business. I’ll live with these shortcomings because I saved over £30, but they are shortcomings.”

“I am sorry to say the ink cartridge I originally ordered does not fit my printer. My daughter has ordered another one with the correct model using the same credit card, for which I am still waiting delivery. It is not clear about your return procedures and refunds for the incorrect model WHICH I NEED TO return”
