“Didn't work in my HP 5520 had to use the chips from the old cartridges!! Bit of a hassle and messy which I didn't really expect and its a good job I was able to fish the old cartridges from the bin before it was emptied or I would really have had a problem!!!! At least now with the old chips the printer accepts and prints but this is the second time I have been required to do this, maybe its my printer? Just make sure you are able to print before discarding old cartridges!!!”

“Very watery inks, colours no good have to turn up intensity to get any decent colour. First time I changed from previous supplier because these were cheaper. I now know why. Very disappointed. Waste of money. Would not buy again”

“i open only one box , insert the pink cartridge suddenly feel wet in my hand, full of pink colour in my hand i don't no how this happen ,then carefully insert the other cartridge and alien the cartridge the printer keep indicating after market ink , but i am not bother, only 10 copies i made low ink message i am getting. "not happy" anyway i have another set to use, the box printed xl type, normally last-long. if i am satisfied i will buy more .”

“The cartridges I received did not fit my printer as I was expecting. I have tried I think its 3 times to contact them, no response, I have now parceled them up to return them to, what I believe to be their address: 126 West Regent Street, Glasgow, G2 2RQ, as they are of no use to me they do not fitmy printer's carrier.”
