“Unfortunately, the Epson printer rejected the cartridges, (T0711, T0712, T0713, T0714), that I bought ... the ones Printer Ink Direct stated would fit. I have contacted the company to ask for a refund, but no reply as yet. Disappointed, as the price was excellent. Too good to be true, perhaps?”

“A bad experince because the cyan cartridge spewed out ink as the tab was being removed, and a bad mess resulted marking the desk and covering part of my fingers still stained days later. Not at all good so never again.”
