“Despite searching by model name on their site, the cartridges don’t fit my printer. I can’t find how to return them. I emailed them last week and no response. Not impressed.”

“I would not recommend. Communication non existent. Item arrived 10 days late. Had to open a PayPal dispute for them to respond and post it to me. By this time I had purchased elsewhere as I needed the replacement for work but they've refused to accept the item back and refund me”

“Don't do business with these people their customer service is none existence in my case I may have ordered wrong, spotted the mistake and emailed them to say this may me the case and got no response,five or more emails later and nothing apart from this email asking how I'd rate them !!!!!!”

“I purchased the ink cartridges for my Epson SX425W on 22nd Nov 23 which arrived on the 25th. When I tried to load the magenta cartridge it came up "not recognised" on the screen after several attempts with two cartridges. I've since emailed sales twice with the above problem enquiring if there are alternative compatible cartridges that can be used as there seems to be an issue with these. To date, I'm still to receive any response to either email. Until this matter is resolved the review will be unfavorable.”

“The order did arrive quite promptly, however, when the ink was delivered one of the colours had leaked. I have now emailed 4 times and have not received a response or any mention of a refund. I will not be using Printer Ink Direct again.”

“Ordered a set of toners, 1 was faulty and despite 2 emails and raising a PayPal claim for a refund, I have received no response. Taken from their email "We hope everything is going well and you're totally happy with your order. Of course, if not please do let us know by replying to this email and we'll get right on it" ..... really, all words and no actions. Will never use this company again”

“I cannot give a review of Printer Ink Direct because although the ink cassettes look the same as previous inks that I have used and although you say they are compatible with my Canon Pixma printer, it doesn't recognise the inks and so my printer is not printing! I placed this order 1075505 on 28 October. This order was delivered to me on 13 November even though you say if you Order by 4:00pm you provide Same (Working) Day Dispatch. Poor quality inks and poor delivery service.”

“If you are a business customer and require an invoice, then DO NOT use this company. They don't automatically supply the invoice with the delivery and they DO NOT reply to emails requesting an invoice. There are plenty of other suppliers. This one best avoided.”
