“An efficient and speedy and not too expensive service. My only reservation is that I didn't find an option to print in colour so would only use this service where colour is unimportant. If I missed something, then maybe the web interface needs a little tweaking.”

“I had a problem uploading my file on the website, I contacted print-my-pdf who replied promptly with a solution. I was very impressed with the level of customer care. The books arrived much sooner than expected and the quality is good.”

“The service speed and quality was above what I was originally expecting. The only downfall I can see is that it was not clear prior to placing my order that this service is UK based. Being that I am in the US this added considerable shipping time. Overall though, I am very happy with the service provided.”

“The first book printed was fine. The second is OK but the content is significantly smaller than the page size i.e very large margins, making reading difficult.”

“The manual was printed from the Canon website PDF and was laid out in landscape format, but I could not find an option to bind the pages on the short side - this would have been a useful feature.to make the manual easier to use.”

“One of the pdfs (Sonos User Guide) I had printed was very good, and there are no problems with it. The other pdf (RAVPower) had many graphics that were in colour and the greyscale printouts make deciphering them a little difficult so a colour printout would have been preferable. The turnaround times for both was very good. Overall, but bearinr in mind the proviso about the RAVPower pdf, I am pleased with the service you provide, and I will use it again if I need to.”

“Perfectly happy with the service but had some problems with the PMP Website using Firefox. Had similar problems with another website yesterday. Microsoft Edge worked fine.”

“I was initially disappointed that there were no page numbers, but when I checked the PDF there were no page numbers ! How strange. Would there be any possibility of inserting page numbers before printing in these situations ? As usual the printed booklet was delivered very quickly, and well produced. What was unusual was the leftover bits of the cutouts for the spiral binding which produced a mini white Christmas when the package was opened. A very novel Yuletide greeting !”

“I'd like for print-my-pdf to have a way for me to visualize a page before I order it. I might have ordered a larger size in this case. I'd also request a middle-sized choice of page sizes. Other than that, the service was good, thank you.”

“Very good, clear printing, but the binding was a bit disappointing. The wire used was less rigid than that used on manuals I had bought previously; this led to it being distorted in the post; not a major problem but a minor irritant. Having said that, I would be happy to use this service again should a need arise in future.”

“Both service and product are excellent overall but I do have a couple of quibbles. Some of the black text on grey panels is difficult to read but I accept that this is probably due to the reduction from A4 to A5 format, which was of course my choice. The document was slightly damaged on delivery and I believe this could have been avoided by the use of more robust packaging. Otherwise, very pleased!”
