“I had one given to me as part of a trial when I was first diagnosed with NSIP a few years ago. Sadly it stopped working so I was keen to source a replacement. Friendly voice when I rang to enquire about placing an order, so much better than "all of our operators are currently busy" and "your call is important to us"! The spirometer and app were extremely easy to set up.”
