“Got the frill tee pyjamas and matching kimono in cornflower blue, both in the same size. PJs perfect, but I’ve returned the kimono via Royal Mail for a replacement as it was too small. That was 10 days ago but I’ve had no acknowledgement of receipt or when I’ll get the replacement. The return address was in Estonia, not the UK. Not sure about the new packaging. There was no security clip to seal the zip. As the return instructions say they take no responsibility if the zip isn’t sealed, I contacted Pretty You who said just to tie it, which I did, securely with string. Maybe Pretty You could advise me how long the replacement process typically takes. Very happy with the feel and quality of the product but csnt give a higher rating until I receive the replacement.”

“There is nowhere near as much material in the gathering at the front of the nightie, as shown in the picture - which is disappointing as that’s what attracted me to it originally. The material is lovely and soft. Unfortunately, it had to be returned. And my goodness, what a palaver that was - it took me over an hour to get to grips with the return procedure. It needs making easier !”

“The size guide is not correct. I suggest ordering your normal size, 12,14,16 etc. the measurements in the size guide led us to ordering a size up which was massive. Quality good, as expected. Error with exchange meant 2 items received with a further return to do. Hopefully we will get there in the end. No tag to lock zip of returns bag included?”
