“Delighted with my purchase for my partners Xmas. I’ve ordered Pj’s a few times for my self & family. Delivery is quick and well packed with re useable , recycling packaging. Would highly recommend shopping with Prettt You London.”

“The packaging and presentation gave a strong first impression of quality. Unfortunately, the product itself did not meet expectations. The king-size duvet cover is far too large for a standard king-size duvet, causing it not to stay in place. After the initial use, a tear appeared along the seam, indicating that the fabric is too delicate and not fit for its intended purpose. Overall, this was a disappointing purchase.”

“I paid for next day delivery 10 PM Tuesday and received it at Friday lunchtime. I wouldn't expect it to be dispatched Tuesday but I would expect that it be dispatched so that it could be received Thursday. Customer support was not helpful and quoted T&C's.”
