“I was really impressed with the reusable packaging and the product was lovely. Unfortunately I had to returned it as too small. Returning cost me £3.50 so I can’t use the business again for fear of costs.”

“The quality of the cheap bathrobe, after wearing it 2 times it looked bad, I tried to wash it so that it wouldn't fade, I washed it according to the instructions, so it shrank in size, so you will get a bad thing that will deteriorate even before the first wash and will shrink after washing, I don't recommend it, I'm disappointed, and the employees also refused to make a return it”
