“I paid for next day delivery 10 PM Tuesday and received it at Friday lunchtime. I wouldn't expect it to be dispatched Tuesday but I would expect that it be dispatched so that it could be received Thursday. Customer support was not helpful and quoted T&C's.”

“I hadn't heard or bought from pretty London before but came across them on Google searching for slippers as a Christmas present. I tried the slippers on myself to make sure they would fit the recipient, and I'm really pleased with the quality. The bag it was also shipped in can actually be posted back to be reused again which is great for the environment. Would definitely purchase again.”
