“Though I loved both pairs of pyjamas I ordered but returned them because the trousers were at least 6" too long and as they both had turnup cuffs on the hem I was not going to take the time and effort to cut a substantial length off and hem them ! I am 5'6" so they must be made for very tall women i.e. 6 foot at least which was not mentioned online. Surely this is taller than women's average height. I think outfits with matching tops and bottoms should be available in seperate sizes and lengths like jeans. I can't be alone in this frustration. Customer service is good and responded quickly to a query I had. Excellent return pack provided |!”

“Firstly I ordered a size 12 as I'm a 12/14 but it was too big so returned for a 10. Loved it on opening. I tend to put them on after my evening shower, remove before bed, put them back on in the morning while I have a cuppa, see the news then remove again so I'm not sleeping in them and am probably wearing for just a couple of hours a day. After four days they're starting to bobble and I think that for c£65, that's not good enough.”

““Pretty you London” is a beautiful feminine company” iam a long standing customer, i have been buying these beautiful feminine slippers since 2020, when I first discovered them online, the customer service is excellent , if any problems they are soon sorted, “Well Done Pretty You London Team “for suppling beautiful quality slippers ,housecoats & chemise at a reasonable price point , I have every cream & blush pink crystal embellished slipper in there range ,as this is my colour palate as I display the slippers in my white ornate French Armoires, they are glamours but most important very comfortable , as iam a disabled customer , in a motorized wheelchair they are so comfortable for this, just because iam disabled I can still have glamours feet “haha “ I buy these slipper as Christmas & birthday gifts for my carers,as everyone always compliments my slippers,” Well Done Pretty You London “ for beautiful products at a reasonable price point Iam not a influencer or being asked to write reviews, your loyal customer ,Angela.”
