Worst company Iโ€™ve dealt with in a long time. Ordered three hampers. They arrived late despite paying much higher delivery charge. The hampers were damaged. Full of holes and badly made. Theyโ€™re not wicker but cheap plastic. Half the contents shown in the picture were missing. Tried many times to speak with customer service but they give nonsense replies to confuse the issue. Constant infuriating lies and weird answers. We reported them to PayPal and Trading Standards. Totally avoid them at all costs. Toxic company.

Neither of the hampers I sent arrived on the date I organised. I was neither told they were being dispatched nor did I get an email to tell me they had been delivered. I was given no warning and therefore could not rearrange with recipients.
