“An excellent website. Easy to place order which was confirmed almost immediately and delevery date was met. However, Royal Mail confirmation of delivery was not clear. Could be improved.”

“Poor customer service! Approached few times customer service and rather than give assistance and find a solution they just blamed the card issuer for payment not going trough while 10 preauthorization were taken on the card used. called and was told " nothing we can do". Different issue regarding a delivery not recieved and retunred to the sender. Customer service mentioned no compensation was due and not even provided the solution to resend the hamper or refund the amount paid”
