The recipient was overjoyed with the gifts we sent her from Prestige Hampers. The prices were also reasonable. One complaint I have is that my gift was delivered on the wrong date. I am not sure if it was because of me or a mistake with the ordering system. I had to go back and change my order several times while I was in checkout, but your website doesn't allow changes, only new additions (with a new date and a new note). It would be great if you could improve your ordering process.

I was very disappointed and so was the person who's birthday it was, where was the flowers shown in the picture,2 wine glasses, more biscuits as laid out, your picture shown is very misleading, and to find that the hamper has now been reduced in price since i purchased it is very annoying,I look forward to hearing from you and how you tend to compensate for our disappointment.

The web page is fine until you come to order and then it's complete chaos takes payment or does it think your orde is complete no it isn't it's bizarre
