“Sent as a birthday gift after receiving the identical item as an anniversary present. Unfortunately arrived a day late but was solely down to Royal Mail. A bit unfortunate but our friend loved it, would definitely recommend!”

“The recipient was overjoyed with the gifts we sent her from Prestige Hampers. The prices were also reasonable. One complaint I have is that my gift was delivered on the wrong date. I am not sure if it was because of me or a mistake with the ordering system. I had to go back and change my order several times while I was in checkout, but your website doesn't allow changes, only new additions (with a new date and a new note). It would be great if you could improve your ordering process.”
