“This was a gift and the recipients seem very pleased with it although it did arrive a day late and I didn’t receive a tracking email.”

“The contents of the hamper I selected were lovely and the recipients were so complimentary and so pleased with it! Thank you very much. I took a star off however because the hamper was delivered five days before the date I'd stipulated at the time of ordering. Luckily there was someone at the house to receive it. They wondered why I'd sent it so early .... but then noticed the original delivery date printed on the packaging.”

“I didn't receive a tracking reference to follow when the package would arrive, but it arrived at my door two days before Christmas and I was so relieved, as the hamper I chose was a Christmas gift for my mother. It looks beautiful, I'm very happy with it.”

“All hampers ordered were now delivered but on varying dates as opposed to those chosen. One of them sent to my brother, did not have a message from me inside. It was only the fact that my name was in very small print on the outside, that they knew who it was from. One of them delivered by courier was thrown over the side fence into the garden because they were out.”

“First time using Prestige. Sent hamper to inlaws & very pleased. I would give 5 stars with review, but the truffles were missed and have to be sent at a later date. Understandable though during these crazy times that we are in and the manic festive period.”

“I live in France and wanted to send two Christmas gifts to friends in the UK, ordered and requested a delivery date as per the online system. Both packages not delivered on the date requested, but we’re delivered in time for Christmas, so all good, would use again.”

“I ordered 5 hampers all to different addresses. Each recipient was delighted to receive their gift. The only reason this is not a five-star review is that I was able to choose the delivery dates and I picked dates that I knew they would be home but the hampers arrived on different dates to the ones I chose which meant they were left on the doorstep until the person got home. Other than that, the hampers were lovely and arrived before Christmas. I will definitely use the service again!”

“I know the hamper was received because I received a call from the recipient to acknowledge it. I was disappointed that I did not get any tracking regarding the hamper from Prestige also I was not advised by Prestige when it was delivered. Otherwise, the experience was good, but more follow-up would be very helpful for your customers.”
