“The goods we asked to be delivered to friends were great. But although they said we'd get a second email when they were despatched, we didn't and were worried our delivery wouldn't arrive on time. We only got confirmation when friends called to thank us. Otherwise, excellent service.”

“It is quite expensive for what you get but it takes the hassle out of buying individually - the customer service was great and delivery excellent, very good communication too - will def use again.”

“Ordered 6 hampers .Notified by Royal mail about 3 of the hampers delivery.1 hamper receipent sent a message.2 hampers don't know if they have arrived.”

“Hamper delivery was on date specified so good there .. did not get any email to say it had been delivered so had to do my own search as to if it had been delivered . But all in all very good 👍 .”

“I was kept up to date at all times with what was happening and the package reached my friends safely. The only quibble I have was that it was two days earlier than my requested delivery date. Whilst I can understand that this was much better than being late, in view of the Christmas period, my date had been set because I wasn't sure my friends would be at this, their holiday home, before this date and it could have resulted in difficulties.”

“Can’t say for the quality personally as the baskets I ordered were gifts for family abroad, but they liked them. Didn’t deliver even close to the chosen date though. Super early. Which isn’t as bad as being late I guess!”
