“I live in the States, and sending presents to my family in the UK is very expensive, just for the postage alone. Prestige Hampers has become my go-to for all six family members and for my best friend as well. They get so excited when another hamper arrives and they always remark on how good the selection is. It makes this Grannie feel great on Christmas Eve to know my family will enjoy the biggest hamper I can buy, and every year they say it feels like I'm with them, just like in the days gone by. On every holiday, graduation or birthday I know I can trust Prestige to put a smile on everyone's face. One time my daughter called, needing to cry on her Mum's shoulder. I sent her a basket then too. Sometimes we all need to be reminded just how special and appreciated we are. Every order I've placed has arrived on time and in superb condition. Thank you Prestige for allowing me to spoil the people I love and send a little sunshine from Grannie C. Bless you for being my prezzie angel! With love and gratitude, Grannie Cindy”

“The hamper was very well received + beautiful. Recommended. I would not have paid full price for it however ( bought 1/2 price) as there’s some just as gorgeous ones on other platforms that are much less expensive. The packaging is lovely without being over the top or wasteful”

“I chose Prestige because they could deliver on a Sunday. Sadly Royal Mail let me down badly and the hamper wasn't delivered. Prestige then offered to send another one, free of charge. It arrived today and my friend is very happy with it! Absolutely brilliant customer service!”

“Buyer beware - especially if you live in Scotland. Somewhere in the small print there is a line that says your delivery might take 3 days beyond your requested date if you live in an 'out of the way' place like SCOTLAND! Absolute disgrace in this day and age. I ordered a week in advance of my friend's birthday as I knew I would not be there for it and wanted her to have something special on her special day, but it was not delivered until 3 days later. Customer service were really uncaring and unhelpful. Just referred to the T&Cs, which everyone knows that noone reads. Something as important as not being able to deliver on a selected date should be in great big letters when you order as people using this service are doing so, usually, because they can't be with their loved one on their special occasion and want something to arrive on that date - that is a basic requiredment of a gift delivery service and this company falls well short, both in their product and their customer service. Please don't use them even if you live in their selected delivery area since they seem to want to have Scotland break off from the rest of the country!”

“The initial part was good arranged to have it supplied on Sunday. I got an email from Royal Mail saying it would be delivered Tuesday. This would have ruined everything.Any way I was talking to my partner when it arrived at her door. She couldn’t wait to tell me how beautiful it was. Full marks for that one off for RM will definitely use again.”
