“I chose Prestige because they could deliver on a Sunday. Sadly Royal Mail let me down badly and the hamper wasn't delivered. Prestige then offered to send another one, free of charge. It arrived today and my friend is very happy with it! Absolutely brilliant customer service!”

“Buyer beware - especially if you live in Scotland. Somewhere in the small print there is a line that says your delivery might take 3 days beyond your requested date if you live in an 'out of the way' place like SCOTLAND! Absolute disgrace in this day and age. I ordered a week in advance of my friend's birthday as I knew I would not be there for it and wanted her to have something special on her special day, but it was not delivered until 3 days later. Customer service were really uncaring and unhelpful. Just referred to the T&Cs, which everyone knows that noone reads. Something as important as not being able to deliver on a selected date should be in great big letters when you order as people using this service are doing so, usually, because they can't be with their loved one on their special occasion and want something to arrive on that date - that is a basic requiredment of a gift delivery service and this company falls well short, both in their product and their customer service. Please don't use them even if you live in their selected delivery area since they seem to want to have Scotland break off from the rest of the country!”

“The initial part was good arranged to have it supplied on Sunday. I got an email from Royal Mail saying it would be delivered Tuesday. This would have ruined everything.Any way I was talking to my partner when it arrived at her door. She couldn’t wait to tell me how beautiful it was. Full marks for that one off for RM will definitely use again.”
