“After I received notification my order would not be delivered on my given date a wrote and complained as it was, as expected, a gift. Not sure what happened, but the hamper was subsequently delivered on time. Great service, would use again.”

“My friend received the gift a day late. Although they were home, apparently nobody knocked or rang for delivery. Package got delivered the following day. My friend loved the package and customer service was quick to respond when I inquired about my order, so it’s all good besides the late delivery.”
